Welcome to Broadwater Bridge Club.

	The Broadwater Bridge Club, at the Northern end of the Gold Coast, welcomes all players from Grand Masters down to Graduates. When visiting the Gold Coast please pop in for a game of Bridge. Everyone is welcome. We play at 12 noon on Mondays and Tuesdays at Marina Quays International, John Lund Drive, Hope Island. Our Club continues to grow, with over 120+ members from Grand Masters down to Graduates. Our President for 2012 is Vincent Vine. Our History On the 19th August 2002 at the Paradise Point Bowls Club, a group of 36 people met to discuss the formation of a Bridge Club in the Hope Island / Runaway Bay Area. There was support from the Surfers Paradise Bridge Club and the Gold Coast Bridge Club. Kim Ellaway from QBA also gave her support. We commenced playing at the Paradise Point Bowls Club and had our first AGM on 18th November 2003. Keith McDonald, President of QBA was present and wished us well. We had 15 paid up members. Ray Hutchinson was our first Inaugural President and continued in 2004. Vincent Vine was our hard working President for 2005-6 and Val Huntley in November 2006 and again in 2007 and Ray Hutchinson again in 2008 till 2010 and Vincent Vine again in 2011.
